FPM - Flat polishing machine
The machine is working like a plane polishing machine. It is consiting of machine stand, the grinding table and the drive. The machine stand receives the table-plate and the grinding table with the drive. The working height is 700 mm. The dimension of the grinding table is 600mm x 20 mm. The grinding table receives the workpiece clamping and could be stepless regulated from 2 – 20 rpM.
The working unit Type ST1 is designed in massiness construction and flanged on the machine base. The grinding spindle is directly powered by a 3kW three phase AC Motor. The drive affords revolutions between 500 – 1000 rpM. The large dimensioned grinding spindle is able to gather grinding wheels with a diameter of 400 mm. The spindle is intended for right- and left hand motion.
